1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using AutoFill Devotee Manager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any mandatory rules that apply under applicable law.
2. Purpose of the extension
AutoFill Devotee Manager is intended to reduce repetitive manual entry on supported forms. It does not itself issue darshan tickets, seva tickets, accommodation reservations, or other official services.
3. No official affiliation
AutoFill Devotee Manager is an independent product. It should not be interpreted as sponsored, approved, authorized, operated, or endorsed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) or any government entity unless such authorization is explicitly obtained and published. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. No booking guarantee
The extension does not guarantee ticket availability, seva or darshan availability, accommodation availability, a preferred date or time slot, successful booking, successful payment, or uninterrupted access to any third-party website.
5. User responsibility
- Ensure the information you save and submit is accurate.
- Use other devotees' information only when you have appropriate authorization.
- Review all autofilled fields before final submission.
- Comply with the terms, rules, and policies of third-party websites.
6. Website security and access controls
The extension does not grant permission to bypass or defeat CAPTCHA, OTP requirements, queues, rate limits, access controls, anti-bot mechanisms, security protections, or other restrictions imposed by a third-party website.
7. Third-party changes
Supported websites may change their design, fields, workflows, security systems, or policies at any time. Such changes may cause extension features to stop working or behave differently. Continuous compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
8. Subscription and payment
When paid access is enabled, the price and validity period displayed at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. In the current product design, renewal is manual and there is no automatic recurring charge. Access normally activates only after successful payment verification.
9. Failed or incomplete payments
Failed, cancelled, pending, or incomplete payments do not activate paid access. Bank-side reversals and processing timelines may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported using the published support channel.
11. Service availability
The website or extension may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, browser changes, infrastructure failures, payment-provider issues, third-party website changes, security incidents, network failures, or events outside reasonable control.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for missed bookings, unavailable tickets, third-party website failures, incorrect information submitted by a user, payment-provider failures, browser or device problems, expired sessions, internet problems, or losses caused by failure to review autofilled information before submission.
13. Misuse, suspension, and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security threats, payment disputes, attempts to interfere with the service, or serious violations of these Terms.
14. Updates
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product evolves. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
15. Applicable rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
