Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AutoFill Devotee Manager handles information when you use the public website, service backend, and companion Chrome extension.
1. Information saved in the extension
The extension may allow you to save information such as a devotee name, age, gender, ID proof type, ID number, and other general form information. This information is used to help fill supported forms and is designed to remain in your Chrome extension storage unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
2. Website and service analytics
To operate public counters and subscription status, the service may process an anonymous installation identifier, extension version, installation timestamp, last activity timestamp, and subscription validity information. These technical records are not intended to contain the devotee identity details you save for autofill.
3. Payments
When paid access is enabled, payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, internet-banking passwords, and similar authentication credentials should be entered only into the payment provider's secure interface and are not intended to be stored by this website. The service may receive limited transaction information needed to verify payment and activate access.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to host or secure the service, process payments, investigate abuse or fraud, or comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
5. Third-party websites
The extension may assist with forms on third-party websites. Those websites have their own terms, privacy policies, security systems, and data-handling practices. You should review and comply with them separately.
6. Local storage and device security
Removing the extension, clearing browser data, changing Chrome profiles, resetting the browser, or changing devices may remove locally stored extension information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their computer, browser profile, passwords, and device access.
7. Authorized use of other people's information
Only save information that you are authorized to use. Where information relates to a minor, it should be handled by a parent, guardian, or other authorized person as required by applicable law.
8. Data retention
Technical service records may be retained for operational, security, subscription, and troubleshooting purposes for as long as reasonably needed. Retention practices may change as the service infrastructure evolves.
9. Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product, payment integration, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The latest published version will apply from its stated update date.
10. Contact
Support contact information is available on the Contact page. Never send support your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, banking password, or other authentication secrets.
